This project asks us to reflect on the periphery of our city for it’s our new heartland

and in between the two we question where to from here?

THE BEFORE
be it melbourne’s native grassland, farmland, market gardens or remnant bush whats it doing?
nothing
just sitting there
too big to mow... prickles everywhere... probably snakes in there...
venemous ones... gives me the shivers

THE AFTER
suburban heaven
neat & tidy, ordered with a letterbox and a driveway
sturdy little numbers in brick and rendered blueboard
often paying homage to our proud georgian past
a place for team australia to learn to grow to know... this is gods country and this is the best we can do!
